Minori is a semi-hard cow's milk cheese aged for two months.Enjoy the taste of real milk, a flavor that mass-produced processed cheese cannot offer.
It is delicious cut and eaten as is with dry white/red wine to enhance the sweetness of milk. Or It melts softly when heated, so it is great for bread, pizza, and gratin also on the backed vegetables.
