Potatoes Kitaakari (Mid of Aug-till out of stock)
Hokkaido potatoes in various sizes, fresh from the local farm in Furano. Each potatoes are selected by size and organically grown.
Known as "chestnut potatoes," these potatoes are vitamin-rich with a strong flavor in their crunchy texture. The cooking process is quick and do not have a distinctive potato earthy smell.
Mr Kasai, the farm owner, recommends eating them as potato salad or French fries!
Here are some size details.
Size S - Can be cooked with the skin on. You will enjoy simply deep fly with the skin on.
Size L/2L mix - good size for potato butter, Salad, French fries and other potato dishes.
