How to Eat Hiun Cheese: It Becomes a Dessert with Peach Confiture
Two delicacies from Nasu Highlands have met.
Fresh cheese "Hiun" from Ohtawara Cheese Station and Peach Confiture from Nasu no Momoyasan Tsuchiya.
What is Hiun Cheese?
Hiun is a fresh cheese that captures the deliciousness of fresh milk. Light, fluffy, and creamy, with a rich milky flavor and pleasant acidity.

1. Chilled Peach Cheese Cracker
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 2 Crackers
- 30g Hiun cheese
- 1 tbsp Peach Confiture
- Black pepper
Instructions
- Scoop Hiun gently and place it softly on the cracker.
- Top generously with Peach Confiture.
- Finish with black pepper.
2. Hiun and Peach Glass Parfait
Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 Glass
- 40g Hiun cheese
- 2 tbsp Peach Confiture
- 1 tbsp Granola
Instructions
- Place granola at the bottom of the glass.
- Layer Hiun softly on top.
- Pour Peach Confiture over it with all its syrup.
