Quality assurance support flow

      1. Within 3 days of delivery (including the date of delivery)
        Please take a picture showing the condition of the delivered item.
        (Please note that "within 3 days of delivery" means within 3 days of the delivery date specified at the time of shipping, even if you have re-delivered or forwarded the item.)

      2. Please send a photo of the item(s) with the following information to our contact email (contact@hatas-hamper.com).
        - Order number
        - Condition of the item

      3. You will receive a reply from Hata's Hamper within 2 business days regarding further action.
        We will promptly inform the producer about the details of the quality guarantee and report back to you after consultation.

Products subject to return or exchange

      • The delivered product is damaged
      • The actual product differs from the description of the delivered product(Since each individual has his/her own taste preferences, we do not accept returns based on its taste.)
      • The delivered product is damaged at the time of delivery due to inadequate packaging, etc.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
