We will ship as soon as the harvest is ready. The standard delivery time is about 10 days. If you have to wait longer due to weather conditions, or if we are out of stock, we will contact you through “Hata’s Hamper”. We will pay the shipping costs for returns due to defects. We will not accept returns or exchanges except for defective items.
In the case of defective products, we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns for customer reasons.
Returns for the customer's convenience will be at the customer's expense. If the product is defective, we will bear the cost. |
