Their asparagus(ZENYU GULLIVER) are firm and thick . Despite the thickness, they are not stringy, and their crispy texture makes them very satisfying to eat. The tip is characterized by its tightness and sweetness. (Mid-April to late August)

初めて北海道で作られたアスパラガスを生で、焼いて、茹でて食べてみました。
生で食べるとみずみずしく、甘さがあって、歯ごたえが良くて、直接食べてもサラダにしても美味しいです。
オーブンで焼くと水分が飛ぶ分味が濃縮されて焼いた美味しさを味わえました。
茹でると外側は歯ごたえがあるのに、中はトロッとして茹でて食べても美味しい。
収穫して2日しか経過していないアスパラガス、大変満足しました！
I enjoyed thick and firm asparagus. They are delicious just by boiling them lightly.
立派なアスパラガスで味が濃いです！さっと茹でてマヨネーズを添えるだけで、食べ盛りの子どもがモリモリ食べています。
I have always been skeptical about how I can prepare asparagus like the restaurants do it, but with these green asparagus, not much preparation work is needed and the taste is superb! Most refreshing and crunchy!
