Minori Koubou

Gluten-Free Breakfast Value Set

Gluten-Free Breakfast Value Set

Size

Small / Large

Kickstart your morning with this healthy gluten-free set of delicious crackers and granola!

Minori Kobou’s crackers are made from pon-gashi (puffed brown rice). The rice grains expand through high-pressure heating, a process similar to popping popcorn, while keeping the wholesome nutrients of the brown rice. These healthy rice crackers are delicious on their own or they can also be paired perfectly with cheese. You can also enjoy them like croutons in soups or mix them into yoghurt.

Like the rice crackers, the granola is also made from pon-gashi (puffed brown rice) with a special selection of nuts and dried fruits. You can eat it on its own, or with milk, yogurt, ice-cream, or any way you prefer!
