These convenient "nukazuke bags" can be used for pickling myoga, tama-konnyaku, shimeji mushrooms, enoki mushrooms, and other ingredients that might get lost in the nukadoko.
The tea-pack manufacturing method allows for a proper lid. The fabric has been improved over conventional products so that the lid does not open and the food can be properly pickled.
The material is 100% organic cotton, so you can pickle the ingredients in the nukadoko safely.
