We deliver only carefully selected figs produced by special cultivation methods.
These are: (1) laying down diffuse reflective sheets, (2) putting up insect nets, and (3) limiting the quantity of fruit.
This methods allows us to produce figs with high sugar content, good coloring, and resistance to bruising, as well as good taste and appearance.
The decorative boxes in which the best figs are packed are luxury look.

" The fig is a friend of sunlight." Figs grown in the open air and bathed in sunlight are characterized by their color, sweetness, and strong aroma. The fully ripened figs are especially sweet and uniquely delicious. Although they are delicate and easily get bruised, Fujii Farm wants their customers to enjoy ripe figs as much as possible, so they start harvesting at 2 a.m. and ship them on the same day they are picked.
