Why 'Shizuku' is Premium
Most figs are picked early to survive shipping. But figs never get sweeter after picking. Shizuku is different. We limit the number of fruits on one tree, use reflective sheets for beautiful purple color, and use insect nets for safety. Only the best fruits become 'Shizuku'.
- Tree-Ripened: Left on the tree until perfectly ripe. Honey-sweet and aromatic.
- Picked at 2am, Shipped Same Day: Fully ripe figs are very delicate. Picked at dawn and shipped in a premium gift box.
- Special Cultivation: Reflective sheets, insect nets, limited fruits per tree for highest quality.
How to Eat
- Best: Eat on arrival. Chill, cut into 4, eat with skin.
- Storage: Very delicate. Eat within 2 days or freeze for a natural sorbet.
