" Rindo " washed rind cheese . Soft and tasty through to the skin, it can also be used as a sauce.Cut into pieces and serve as is for a rich milk flavor.It can also be served warm on gratin or pizza.
" Rindo " sake washed rind cheese (matured for about 40 days/cow) Crafted at Ima Farm, this cheese is washed with Nikko's "Sonotoku" sake, unifying a sake aroma & flavor with the rind. Its fresh "Sonotoku" aroma and sake lees bring added depth to its flavor.
