 " Rindo " washed rind cheese . Soft and tasty through to the skin, it can also be used as a sauce.Cut into pieces and serve as is for a rich milk flavor.It can also be served warm on gratin or pizza.

" Rindo " sake washed rind cheese  (matured for about 40 days/cow) Crafted at Ima Farm, this cheese is washed with Nikko's "Sonotoku" sake, unifying a sake aroma & flavor with the rind. Its fresh "Sonotoku" aroma and sake lees bring added depth to its flavor.

Contents: Approx. 100 g

Shelf life: 3 weeks

Storage method: Must be kept chilled at 10℃ or below

delicious!

Both the plain and Sake flavor are delicious. The cheese is soft and has a fresh taste to it. We have paired it with wine and also just had alone as a snack.

柔らかく深みのある風味で、私の朝ごはんと晩酌をグレードアップしてくれました。
そのままでも美味しいのですが、ちょっとや気を入れるとまた新詩歌時になります。
