"Vege Life" has carefully selected seasonal vegetables according to each vegetable's harvest timing. Each box contains 6-7 different types of vegetables and is suitable for 2-3 families.Please refer to the images show here.

If there are any vegetables you don't prefer to be included, please let us know in the message box at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Below is a selection of vegetables available on a quarterly basis.

October to December

Japanese mustard spinach, spinach, bok choy, potherb mustard, wasabi green,rucola, garland chrysanthemum, green onion, mini Chinese cabbage, cabbage, lettuce,Broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, turnips, burdock, radishes.

January to March

April to June

Spring cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Chinese cabbage, lettuce, Japanese mustard spinach, potherb mustard, Chinese cabbage, canola flower, crown daisy, broad bean, snap pea, pea, green beans, fresh onion, carrot.

July to September

Eggplant, bell pepper, mini-tomato, tomato, waxgourd, cucumber, bitter gourd, corn, okra, water spinach, jew's mallow, perilla, basil, chives, edamame, zucchini.

My fresh Subscription!

I receive a box of these veggies every other week and I really look forward to seeing what the box will bring each time. I like getting fresh veggies that I know are grown responsibly and seeing what "new" veggie I receive that I have not tried before. The box comes with a description of the products and also recipes which makes it easy when trying new products.

This vegetable box is the absolute epitome of the season in Japan.

You can taste just how fresh and wholesome these veggies are. Absolutely delicious and great to know they are grown with love and care, without mass production and you're eating something so pure. Friendly service too. I can't wait for regular deliveries and am excited to see what different veggies will come each season.
