Featured on TV Asahi's "Tabi Salad" broadcast on July 25th 2026,we are now accepting reservations for this year's tree-ripened figs from Fujii Farm in Habikino, Osaka.

Habikino is said to be one of the best fig producing region in Japan.
Among them, Fujii Farm is a master fig farmer dedicated to a method you will never find at supermarkets - ripening the figs 100% on the tree.

The Unforgettable, Meltingly Sweet, Concentrated Flavor

Normally, figs are harvested at 60-70% ripeness because they are so delicate.
Fujii Farm's figs are different.They leave them on the tree to the very last moment, judging the perfect moment of full ripeness before harvesting.

Starting at 2:00 AM, while it is still dark, each fig is carefully hand-picked,
and shipped directly from the farm on the same day.

That is why you get a burst of honey-like sweetness the moment you take a bite,with an incredibly soft, melting texture.
The skin is so thin you can eat it whole - just like fresh fig jam.

Delicious as it is, lightly chilled, or paired perfectly with prosciutto and cheese.

About Delivery

Delivery Period: Mid-August to Late September
We will ship in order of reservation, as soon as the figs are harvested and perfectly ripe.

• We are now taking pre-orders. Depending on the harvest conditions, delivery may take some time.
• As these are delivered fully ripe, please refrigerate upon arrival and enjoy as soon as possible. Nectar may seep from the bottom - this is proof of perfect ripeness and the most delicious state.
• Quantities are limited. Due to limited harvest, we expect to sell out early again this year. We highly recommend reserving early.
