" The fig is a friend of sunlight." Figs grown in the open air and bathed in sunlight are characterized by their color, sweetness, and strong aroma. The fully ripened figs are especially sweet and uniquely delicious. Although they are delicate and easily get bruised, Fujii Farm wants their customers to enjoy ripe figs as much as possible, so they start harvesting at 2 a.m. and ship them on the same day they are picked.
