Namiko Endo delivers gluten-free brown rice sweets that are comforting to the body and soul, from her hometown in Yamashiro, Kyoto prefecture. She has been developing, producing, and selling delicious appealing brown rice sweets.

Her commitment to producing these healthy snacks is largely influenced by her father who grew delicious vegetables without using pesticides. This motivated her to research and use raw ingredients that are free from pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers, in her snacks.

All Minori koubou products are therefore gluten-free and are suitable for all ages, including children! Those with a wheat allergy can enjoy these snacks without worrying.

Of all her healthy snacks, pongula (gluten-free granola), which is a delicious combination of yoghurt and fruit, is a favorite of Hata's Hamper.
