How to Enjoy
As an Appetizer:
Take out of fridge 15 min before. Enjoy Otawara's 2 textures - cool inside, melty outside. Hiun with honey, others on crackers. Instant cheese plate.
With Wine & Sake:
Light & fruity wine - Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir. Or chilled Junmai Ginjo sake. Brings out all flavors.
