A hard cheese made from goat’s milk (chèvre), offering rich umami and depth similar to Parmigiano. Named after Mt. Sanbon-yari in Nasu, it is aged for over 21 days, resulting in a full-bodied flavor with minimal gaminess and a smooth, refined character.

Delivered vacuum-packed. No synthetic additives or preservatives are used to preserve the original flavor of the cheese.Please consume as soon as possible after delivery in accordance with the stated expiration date.

Storage method: Must be refrigerated at 10℃ or below
