What is Wase Mandarin?
Wase means "early harvest". This Satsuma mandarin is harvested in early to late October, much earlier than winter mandarins.
It has a refreshing sweet-tart balance. Light, juicy, and clean finish. You can eat many without getting tired of it.

- Refreshing Taste: Pleasant acidity with light sweetness. Perfect for autumn.
- Limited Season: Only 2 weeks a year. The first taste of the season from Ehime, Japan.
