This set allows you to enjoy Farm Kasai's green asparagus and white asparagus all at once.

White asparagus are grown in shading cultivation. White asparagus made by Farm Kasai has no bitterness and is excellent when eaten raw as a salad. Of course, it is also delicious grilled or fried.

Green asparagus are firm and thick . Despite the thickness, they are not stringy, and their crispy texture makes them very satisfying to eat. The tip is characterized by its tightness and sweetness.

Straight, Large, Fresh, Yummy!

My family were surprised its size and straightness, I simply stir-fried it with olive oil and pepper as suggested. It was crispy, fresh and yummy!! Here in Saitama, we only saw the bottled white asparagus so quite happy to taste fresh one this time. Thank you!

Noy by my cooking skill, the originally the Asparaguses has great sweet taste!
