This set allows you to enjoy Farm Kasai's green asparagus and white asparagus all at once.
White asparagus are grown in shading cultivation. White asparagus made by Farm Kasai has no bitterness and is excellent when eaten raw as a salad. Of course, it is also delicious grilled or fried.
Green asparagus are firm and thick . Despite the thickness, they are not stringy, and their crispy texture makes them very satisfying to eat. The tip is characterized by its tightness and sweetness.

我が家にもFarm Kasaiのアスパラが届きGreen&Whiteの
ミックスにしてみました。
早速Whiteは素焼きにしてGreenはクリームパスタに。
どちらも‥すごく甘い。そしてみずみずしい。
素焼きにした方はシンプルにオリーブオイルと塩胡椒で。アスパラ本来の味を楽しみたかったので。
明日からはアレンジ？しながら旬のアスパラを楽しみます。
