Farm Kasai, Nakafurano Hokkaido

Farm Kasai is owned  by the Kasai family located in Nakafurano, Hokkaido.

The farm uses organic fertilizer and limited pesticide to maximize the signature taste of the vegetables, the way nature intended. Their renowned asparagus won  “Tasting competition in 2018” award. Their level of taste is recognized by chefs and it is being used in multiple high-end restaurants. 

Farm Kasai was introduced to us when we first moved to Furano by a friend who told me “Once you have your first bite of the asparagus, you cannot stop eating them”. And, it was TRUE.  We are lucky to have met Mr and Mrs Kasai who are our steady provider of this delicious special asparagus.
