Nakayama Farm, with a 50-year history spanning three generations, is located in the Yamabe district at the foot of Mount Furanodake.

The owner, Shinichi-san, together with his family and staff, inherited the family's skills in melon production. The farm stays committed to produce delicious melons each year through a trial and error process, without any compromise.

Ha-Ha had the opportunity to work at Nakayama Farm. Ha-Ha learned how to look after various types of melons, and also gained knowledge of the farm's produce. During break time, Ha-Ha and the staff of Nakayama Farm were even treated to the delicious and juicy melons!
