クリームチーズのようなペースト状ではなく、ふわっとした弾力と、なめらかさをあわせ持つ食感が特長です。
口に含むとやさしくとろけ、ミルク本来の自然な甘みが広がります。主張しすぎない味わいなので、和食から洋食まで、どんな料理にもすっと寄り添います。
おすすめの食べ方は、冷ややっこのようにシンプルに。
わさび醤油を添え、刻みねぎやかつお節をふりかければ、チーズとは思えないほど自然な「和の一品」としてお楽しみいただけます。

This cheese is very subtle but also rich. It is paired with anything really. I really enjoy it. It tastes like it was freshly made and shipped to us the next day.

I can't drink milk unfortunately, but what a surprise, this is totally acceptable! Tofu or cheese? Yummy!
I am very happy to hear you say that you like it, even though you are not a fan of milk. I believe that ” Yukiyanagi ' in its true natural cheese state, which is possible because it is made in a cheese factory located on producer's own farm.
プリンのような、豆腐のような食感で、とても上品に感じる美味しいチーズでした。
チーズのみで食べても、カプレーゼのようにして食べても、ベリーグットでした。
