お届けできる時期： 中山メロン 7月上旬～9月末 「自分が本当に食べたいメロンを作る。」 富良野岳の麓、山辺地区。澄んだ空気と豊かな自然に恵まれたこの地に、中山農園はあります。3代にわたり、約50年。中山農園は、家族の手で大切にメロンを育て続けてきました。畑に立つその姿からは、メロンづくりへの誇りと、この土地への深い愛情が伝わってきます。 オーナーの中山さんは、ご家族やスタッフと力を合わせながら、代々受け継がれてきた技術に決して甘んじることなく、毎年「今年こそ、最高においしいメロンを」と挑戦を重ねています。 私自身もご縁をいただき、中山農園で働かせていただいた経験があります。品種の違い、育て方の工夫、天候との向き合い方、自然と共に生きる農家の知恵と情熱に触れた、かけがえのない時間でした。 休憩時間に、みんなで分け合って食べたメロン。あふれる果汁と、澄んだ甘さ。あの味は今でも、はっきりと心に残っています。 中山農園のメロンには、家族の絆と、富良野の自然へのまっすぐな想いが詰まっています。一口ごとに、その背景まで感じていただけるメロンです。 ショッピングガイドを見る
