After these potatoes and pumpkin are carefully harvested, they are placed in a cool, dark room which increases their sweetness. With this balanced variety of potatoes, there are endless possibilities to the dishes that can be made!

 Red moon – This highly sticky potato holds its shape well even after simmering, making it ideal for soups, stews and curries. It is also suitable for stir-frying as it does not fall apart easily. Its slightly sweet taste, smooth texture, and yellow appearance makes it a good choice for potage.

 Kita-akari – Also termed “chestnut potatoes”, this potato with its powdery bright yellow flesh has a hunky yet smooth texture, and is suitable for making both potato salad and croquettes.

 Touya – This round potato with a few dimples and yellow flesh has a smooth, viscous texture. It can hold its shape well, thus making it suitable for stews, boiled dishes, potato salad, etc.

Danshaku – Known for its light, fluffy texture and rich flavor, this versatile potato is ideal for creamy mashed potatoes, crispy fries, or hearty stews.

Pumpkin –A nutrient-rich pumpkin, even in the skin, with a deep, sweet flavor. Perfect for BBQs, simmered dishes, or pumpkin pudding — endless ways to enjoy! Certified organic by JAS, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.
